How We Do It
At Rehema Compassionate Foundation, we are deeply committed to empowering women in underprivileged communities, helping them break the cycle of poverty and create better futures for their families. Here’s how we make an impact:
- Vocational Training:
We provide hands-on training in marketable skills such as tailoring, hairdressing, culinary arts, and small-scale farming. These skills enable women to start businesses or secure employment. - Seed Capital and Equipment:
After completing training, we provide start-up kits like sewing machines, salon equipment, or farming tools, ensuring women can begin earning immediately. - Business Development Support:
Women are guided on business management, financial literacy, and marketing to help their ventures succeed. - Mentorship and Community Building:
Through peer-to-peer mentorship and group savings programs, women build strong networks, share ideas, and support each other’s growth.
